Scandals and distractions continue to pile up for the NFL.
League officials are just hoping to make it through the 2020 season with the league’s integrity intact.
And now this star quarterback asked one question that the NFL did not want to answer.
Green Bay Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers is fed up with the nonsensical coronavirus restrictions the league put in place.
Appearing on the Pat McAfee show, Rodgers blasted the double standard about what is allowed and what is not allowed under the NFL’s coronavirus protocol.
“You can go down to practice and hit each other and be in close contact — but you have to have plexiglass in between you and the guy next to you in the locker room?” Rodgers asked rhetorically.
Rodgers then ticked off a series of coronavirus protocols that didn’t make any sense.
“You can dap up a guy after the game, but you can’t eat at the same lunch table as a teammate?” Rodgers added. “I just think some of those things to me just don’t really add up. Like I understand what we’re tryin’ to do, we’re trying to get every game in and stay healthy. But, I think just some of those things, […] I just think that some things make sense and then some things don’t make a lot of sense.”
Rodgers’ concerns about the ridiculous nature of the coronavirus restrictions are echoed by many Americans across all aspects of society.
Some Governors are ordering bars and restaurants to close at 10PM leading many Americans to ask what is the science that shows coronavirus poses more of a threat of spreading beginning at 10:01PM.
Others are questioning why during the lockdowns it was safe to shop at big retail chains like Walmart and Home Depot but not the local hardware store.
The general public’s willingness to comply with the coronavirus restrictions imposed by the government is falling because many Americans are arriving at the same conclusions as Aaron Rodgers – and that is the fact that these “guidelines” are all random, contradictory, and appear to have no basis in science.
