Deion Sanders is one of the greatest defensive football players of all time.

And he just started a new football role as head coach of Jackson State.

But Deion Sanders was furious after his first win as a college football coach.

When you think about some of the great National Football League players in the ‘90s you have to be thinking about Deion Sanders.

Deion Sanders was one of the biggest defensive impact players to ever play the game.

The NFL Hall of Famer stacked up impressive stats with 53 career interceptions, 10 forced fumbles, and over 500 tackles over his career.

And you can’t think of Deion Sanders without his explosive ability.

Also while in the NFL, he racked up 14 touchdowns from kick returns and offensive plays along with over 700 career receiving yards.

But rather than robbing other teams’ hopes on the field, Deion Sanders thought he got robbed in the locker room during his first game as a head coach.

While Deion Sanders coached his Jackson State team to a 53-0 victory over NAIA program Edward Waters, his wallet, watches, and anything else up for grabs went missing.

Sanders in a post game press conference claimed, “For one, the kids played really well. But while the game was going on, someone came in and stole every darn thing I have in the coaches’ office. Credit cards, wallet, watches. Thank god I had on my necklaces.”

But right after his statement, Jackson State claimed they solved the issue and Sanders’ items were merely misplaced.

However, Sanders was having none of it after people were calling him a liar on social media after Jackson State released its statement on the incident.

And Sanders went right at his haters on Twitter by tweeting out, “Whomever putting out the lie that my belongings wasn’t stolen is LYING. My belongings were taken out of a zipped bag in my office and more items were taken as well from my office. We have retrieved them since being reported. My Staff member witnessed the crime. #Truth”

Hopefully Jackson State and Sanders can get this behind them and focus on winning the rest of the spring season for the team.
