Despite iconic performances on the mound, including the infamous “bloody sock,” thin-skinned baseball writers have refused to put pitcher Curt Schilling into the Hall of Fame.
The six-time all star and strikeout machine is known as one of the most clutch starting pitchers in playoff history, boasting three World Series rings including helping the Boston Red Sox “reverse the curse” in 2004.
But Schilling believes he’s being held out of the Hall for his ardent support of President Trump and conservative beliefs.
