NHL playoffs are well underway, and hockey fans across the world are tuning in.

At the end of the day, hockey is best known for its fights, though these fights usually happen on the ice, not in the stands.

But just the other day, a brutal brawl broke out between fans of this one team after a disappointing finish.

For hockey fans, spring is the most exciting time of the year for one reason – NHL playoffs.

After a long regular season, hockey fans are ready to see if their team has what it takes.

And it goes without saying that the best part about hockey are the fights.

Who doesn’t like a good hockey fight?

This sanctioned part of the game is what brings fans back to the stadium.

But what you do not see every day are fights between fans in the causeways, especially between fans of the same team.

And that is exactly what happened just the other day in Toronto.

After an excellent regular season, the Toronto Maple Leafs were set to play the defending two-time champion Tampa Bay Lightning.

Clearly, Toronto was the underdog, but they managed to take the Lightning to 7 games.

Unfortunately for the Maple Leafs, they came up short in Game 7.

This obviously pissed off Maple Leaf fans, who have not won a Stanley Cup since 1967.

As a result of this heartbreaking loss, Toronto fans became completely unhinged, and after the game, they turned on each other in what can best be described as a chaotic brawl.

As you can see in the footage, Maple Leaf fans can be seen beating the living hell out of each other.

It appears as if one was trying to take on an entire crew of younger fans, just to get his ass whooped.

Whoever said that Canadians are polite clearly has never been to a Toronto Maple Leafs game.

Having said that, there are a few things that Canadians care about the most and hockey is one of them.

In fact, it is one of the few things they have to look forward to.

Without a doubt, this is a huge letdown for the city of Toronto and Toronto fans everywhere.

Meanwhile, most residents of Tampa Bay still probably don’t even realize they have a pro hockey team.
