The NFL playoffs are well underway and some players are standing out more than others.

After all, the playoffs are the time to play at your very best.

But one notorious wide receiver had one of the best games of his life before getting blindsided by the league.

The 2021/2022 season has been a very tumultuous season, especially if you are Odell Beckham Jr.

But to be fair, when has there ever been a year that was not tumultuous for this notorious wide receiver?

Beckham started the year off with the promising Cleveland Browns, who were projected by many to win their division and make waves in the playoffs.

Well, the exact opposite happened and as soon as this started to become obvious early in the year, Beckham jumped ships.

He claimed he was not getting enough catches, even having his father take to social media to whine about it.

This made a mutual parting of ways easy for both sides.

Beckham then found his way to the Los Angeles Rams, who won their division earning them a top playoff spot.

Admittedly, Beckham has played much better since going to Los Angeles.

And last week in the Rams’ first playoff game against their division rival Arizona Cardinals, Beckham played pretty damn good.

In total, Beckham hauled in four receptions (out of Stafford’s 13 total completions) for 54 yards and a touchdown.

He also made an excellent 40-yard pass to Rams running back Cam Akers.

But Beckham’s performance seemed too good to be true for league officials and Beckham was hit with some bad news following his incredible game.

Beckham posted on his Instagram stories that he had to report for a performance enhancing drug test.

According to Beckham, this isn’t the first time he has been tested for these sorts of drugs, but it’s increased since he joined the Rams.

The league often claims these sorts of tests are random, but everybody and their mother knows that is a load of bull.

During the Rams’ victory over the Bucs, Beckham had another six catches for 69 yards – those six catches were more than he had in any single game with Cleveland this year.

Everyone will be watching, including league officials, if Beckham continues putting up numbers like that with the Rams going forward.
