It’s been a generation since the Dallas Cowboys have won a Super Bowl.
And if you listen to their fans, their decade of mediocrity is going to turn around and become a playoff run.
But the Dallas Cowboys are going to go from bad to worse after they sign this ex-star player.
As rules and players come and go in the NFL, few things have stood the test of time.
But one thing that is always going to happen with a new season of football is Dallas fans claiming it’s their year to win the Super Bowl.
And their last Lombardi Trophy was won back in 1996, literally a quarter of a century ago.
To put it into perspective, the Spice Girls was the number one band that year and Bill Clinton was poking his intern in the Oval Office.
Fun times.
But since then, the Cowboys have been plagued by mediocre seasons and false chances of hope in players like Tony Romo.
.@tonyromo was low key pretty shifty back in his playing days. 👀

Well, have no fear if you are a Dallas Cowboys fan because this is YOUR YEAR!
Rumors are swirling that the Dallas Cowboys might sign Cam Newton as Dak Prescott’s backup.
The #Cowboys will “begin exploring Cam Newton” as a potential backup to Dak Prescott, per source. Dallas just cut two QBs in Garrett Gilbert and Ben DiNucci. Prescott’s current backup is 27-year-old Cooper Rush, who has just one career completion.

Nothing will be able to stop the Cowboy’s offense with Cam Newton starting whenever Dak Prescott decides to break his leg again.
