In 2020, he had one of the best years of his career throwing 40 touchdown passes – the second best total in his 21 seasons in the NFL –and won another Super Bowl MVP.
Age catches up with every athlete eventually, but Tom Brady’s shown no signs of slowing down.
Athletes tend not to slowly decline, but to fall off a cliff as the ravages of time catch up with their body.
